Water Park “Tropikana” is an aqua park, where you will find everything necessary for such an attraction – sports pool, recreational pool, rushing river, slides or (note!) even a sandpit for children! And all this in the very center of our Polish Masuria, that is, in Mikolajki :)
Aquapark Tropikana is located more precisely at the Golebiewski Hotel in Mikolajki and is open to the public. So you don’t have to stay overnight at the hotel to access the pools.

Tropikana in Mikolajki
Tropikana Mikolajki is one of the largest aqua parks in Poland and boasts quite a number of slides, pools and play areas, i.e. many attractions for young and old. Here you will find a paddling pool, a sandpit (seriously!!!), a children’s pool with slides, slides for adults, a river pool imitating a rushing river, an artificial wave, a swimming pool or a leisure pool – in other words, everything that an aquapark should have. You can also use the jacuzzi tubs.
Some of the pools are indoor, so they can be used year-round, and outdoor pools are also open in the summer. Both inside and outside there are a large number of sunbeds and we had no problem finding a free sunbed. The temperature of the water was perfect for both us and the children, so you can consider that you can safely go to the Tropikana pool complex also with those people who are not fond of cold pools :)
We also recommend you our other texts about pools we have seen and described:
– SUNTAGO Park of Poland
– Uniejów Thermal Baths
– Blue Lagoon in Iceland
It’s also worth mentioning that in the hotel’s grounds, in addition to the swimming pool, we can also enjoy many other attractions such as a huge playground, a toboggan run, a chairlift and even a ski slope open in winter.

What is worth seeing in Mikolajki?
While already at the water park, it is also worth visiting Mikolajki. There are many other attractions around the Golebiewski Hotel itself, which can be used by any hotel guest, but also by outsiders. There is a large playground, a horse farm, a toboggan run, and in the winter there is even a ski slope in operation (we ourselves were once surprised at how many ski slopes there are in Masuria).
Mikolajki itself also offers quite a few attractions, especially for lovers of water recreation. We recommend you a cruise to Poland’s largest lake, the Sniardwy, which is a very pleasant attraction that families with children can also safely enjoy.

Our opinion about Aquapark Tropikana
With something for everyone, Tropikana is the perfect place to take the family for a full day of water fun, even if you have tiny children or none at all. We were most surprised (positively, of course) by the aforementioned sandpit, inside the building, right next to the other pools :)
The price of admission to the aquapark is quite high and, unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase an all-day ticket. Nevertheless, if you are looking for thrills in the form of slides, rushing rivers and the like then it is worth a trip to this pool if you are in the area :)
