Despite appearances, the answer to this question is not simple :) Of course, we don’t want to mislead anyone, but often such notions as “I’m going to Masuria” means that someone is going to the area around Olsztyn (that is, more Warmia), to Elblag (then actually Masuria), to Elblag (that is more Powisle)…
